Delete your account

Verify your email to permanently delete the entire Pingomania account associated with it. You do not need to sign in.

What deletion covers

  • customer and participant roles for this email;
  • projects, monitoring, reports, and check artifacts;
  • devices, push tokens, messenger links, and active sessions;
  • profile, availability, and participant reliability data;
  • limited de-identified financial, tax, audit, and anti-fraud records may be retained where legally required.

Deletion cannot be undone. Any active monitoring stops immediately. A future signup with the same email creates a new, empty account.

1. Verify your email

We will send a short-lived confirmation code. This prevents someone else from deleting your account.

Prefer another route?

Signed-in users can delete the same complete account from Account & Privacy in the Pingomania app. If you cannot access your email, contact support@opsoftinc.com. We will need to verify your identity before processing a manual request.
