Purchases and credits

Purchases made in the iOS or macOS app are processed by Apple. If a completed purchase has not appeared in your Pingomania balance, contact us with the approximate purchase time and the email used in the app. Do not include full payment-card details.

Account and privacy

Read our Privacy Policy. You can delete your complete Pingomania account from the app or through the account deletion page.
