1. Overview
Pingomania is operated by OPSoft Inc (Wyoming, United States). Web purchases of account credits are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates, which act as the Merchant of Record and process all payments and refunds for those purchases. Purchases made inside the Apple or Google apps are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are a new customer, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid charge, for any reason.
3. Unused and used credits
Outside the 14-day window, unused credits remain eligible for a refund on request. Credits that have already been spent on completed checks or monitoring are non-refundable, because the service was delivered. Rewards already paid to participants for completed checks cannot be reversed.
4. Material defects and outages
If the service has a material defect that prevents checks from completing, or is unavailable for 5 or more consecutive days, you are entitled to a refund or a pro-rata credit for the affected period, even outside the 14-day window.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@opsoftinc.com from the email address used for billing and include your Paddle transaction ID (it starts with txn_ and is in your Paddle receipt), the reason for the request, and any relevant outage dates. We aim to acknowledge within one business day and decide within five business days.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Timing depends on the method: credit/debit cards typically take 5–10 business days, PayPal 1–3 business days, and SEPA/iDEAL 5–10 business days after approval.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence — for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Turkey, and Israel, and shorter statutory windows in other jurisdictions.
